I had lived with ME for over 2 years when I went on the Lightning Process. I’d heard about the course before and had even spoken to Glyn about it but never really gave it much serious consideration – I thought it all sounded a bit “odd” and couldn’t believe it could have such amazing results. But when my symptoms started getting much worse, I decided I needed to do something and I am so glad that I did!!

After the first session, I came home and cleaned the bathroom and the windows, went swimming, to the supermarket, made dinner and did piles of washing up. Any one of those tasks would have been too much for me the day before let alone all of them.

The next day was similar, with shopping, playing with a friend’s children, making dinner, washing up and visiting friends that evening – I didn’t go to bed until 11pm. After that I stopped keeping track of what I was doing but I haven’t looked back since!! I’ve been back at work full time since the day after the course and life is absolutely back to normal.

I cannot recommend the Lightning Process enough. It’s not “odd” and it could just change your life!!

'I had ME/CFS for 15 months and was living in a black hole which I couldn't get out of. Everyday I was either in bed or lying on the sofa, I just had no energy. Then one day it come to a point where I couldn't take it anymore, I just had to get better. "I first came to Glyn with a feeling that my mind was so set in its way that it would be difficult to shift. The process of “letting-go” is very powerful, rewarding and comforting.

My first challenge was to overcome fear of speed, I would sweat, clutch the seat etc. I now put myself into a confident state and feel very less tense.

My next encounter was to challenge my feeling of not being undermined by others. The process Glyn used has given me an immense feeling of release that I could be myself and be more comfortable about myself.

My third brave encounter with Glyn was exploring why I had so much control with one aspect of my life and no control in another aspect of my life. I felt unhappy, uncomfortable and really quite wretched.

It is difficult to put into words my different attitude towards myself. I feel stronger, not threatened by what I say or my actions. I honour my view right or wrong! It’s my view thank goodness.

The one person who has seen this huge change is my husband. He cannot believe within three sessions I have become more myself which in turn makes our marriage much stronger. I am indebted to Glyn for the way she has allowed me to be".

Even after the first day of the course I felt a difference in me - not only in my physical symptoms, but also in my mental attitude. By the end of the 3 days I was a different person. Why did I worry about when would be the right time to do the Lightning Process? How glad I am that I decided to do it right there and then and not wait! My life has moved on from that moment, I am in control and I no longer do depression or anxiety. Sad things happen and life certainly is not easy, but with the coping skills you
have given me it is all manageable. I was afraid of my faith being
challenged but instead it strengthened it - how wonderful! Such a simple process, but makes so much sense!
