the lightning process™:

The Lightning Process™ was developed by Phil Parker and is the result of his research over the last decade. The Lightning Process brings together concepts from NLP, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching and Osteopathy.

It is a three day training programme that teaches your brain and body to work together to powerfully influence your health and well-being. It will enable you to change unhelpful patterns of behaviour to more useful effective patterns which will allow you to move forward in life.

I will train you step by step as to how the process works and I will support you in learning how to apply it to revolutionise your health and future. Once you have learnt the Lightning Process™ it will be with you for the rest of your life. As with any training process, if you don’t continue to apply the training appropriately you will get variable results and are likely to return to the state you were at before the training.

On day one you will learn the process and start to use it immediately. Days two and three are for fine tuning and to make sure you are getting the results you want. Days one and two generally take between 2-4 hours depending on whether you are in a group or on a one-to-one basis. Day 3 involves between 1-2 hours.

The Lightning Process enables you to understand that:

you have great influence in your life and in your health;
your mind and body are closely interrelated;
your patterns of thinking do influence your life and health;
your patterns of thinking are often unconscious;
your patterns of thinking can be changed.

It is also effective for enhancing happiness, business success, peak performance issues, relationships, interview performance and confidence.
